I bred mice of a few years..... what a pain in the ~~~~ and wahat a stink :-( Cleaning 7 trays out and disinfecting them every 3 days really gets the nose working overtime. I eventually sold all of my snakes ( from memory about 60 - 65 ) because I wouldnt feed them shop bought rubbish and I couldnt stand another day of mouse smell.

are those trays full of mice? surely not? it look cruel.
But yeah mice do stink, even the frozen ones make me feel sick! yukky.

Each tray held generally 1.4 adults and whatever young they had dropped. When the young had weaned they were moved to other cages to grow further until they were they size that I wanted and then dispatched prior to freezing. Other cages (homemade)
