Finally my female leopard gecko Kate has laid her first clutch in my care, although Paul is taking care of her and the eggs at his place. Because it is my first gecko I'd prefer someone with experience to help her, that way I can learn from him and know exactly what to do instead of second guessing various websites and advice. Below is a picture of two very gorgeous eggs. We found them a few moments ago and seperated them into their own pot ready to incubate.

Well it's her first clutch but the eggs look amazingly healthy, the dad is a known breeder so I'm expecting full amount. Two eggs every two/three weeks give/take. It really depends on how she handles the process. As long as she remains healthy and we keep her happy, we should be looking at 8-12 eggs for the season, which is the average clutch size.

Paul's handling it mainly, I'm just in the background making notes. As far as I know they're on that eco-earth thing and they're at 84deg. I could be mistaken though so I'll double check with him later.

they're at 84-85 degrees and yes they're on eco earth. I tend to use this incubation temp as a way of producing a variety of sexes.
