I cannot believe what i've discovered. Not long ago I had Jack (tremper albino gecko) down the vets having an operation on a lump that was under his eye. The operation was a success and has healed like magic.....just been out there tonight and he has a lump under the other eye!!!! 
Its the same shape and feel as the last one. More than likely he has gained another abscess (the poor guy).
with all these visits to the vet this gecko will be the death of me lol
Will have to give them a ring first thing tomorrow.

vet will hopefully sort it quick tho, let us know how you get on
