So what the differnce between a lizard with no legs and a snake? Just wondering. That lizard looks quite strange lol, almost see through.

legless lizards possess ears and eyelids both of which snakes lack, also there are basic pelvic structures present which are only present in Boids. popular legless lizards are the Glass lizards which make good subjects and are easier to cater for. most of the other legless lizards require specific diets and habitats and as burrowers are rarely seen .

what does an animal like that feed on? I always thought you'd feed these things on earth worms and such.

i know about the ease of buying ant colonies and such but with such a specialised diet would you or its potential owner if its shop stock be able to find ants/termites with ease as i did hear about it being a problem with things like horned lizards and with some you have to give them the dietary acid the ants provide and try with normal lizard fare.
